Mango and passion fruit liqueur (Solero style)

Today we have a delicious liqueur recipe for you again, for my delicious mango and passion fruit liqueur. In keeping with the spring weather, which was finally beginning, I was in the mood for something fruity and summery ... ♥

Mango-Maracuja-LikörIn addition, the most beautiful mangoes are always laughing at me in the shops. They just have to come with you! And the combination of mango and passion fruit tastes heavenly. Recently I already got mine Mango and passion fruit jam presented. I just love this combination, it tastes like summer and the south to me and just really delicious!

For an even more summer feeling or simply as a variation, you could also use creamy coconut milk instead of cream. Then this delicious mango-passion fruit liqueur would not only be exotic, but also vegan and lactose-free. This is very interesting, at least for some of my dear readers.

But no matter which combination you choose, this liqueur is really nice to drink and is ready in no time. And it is also simply the perfect souvenir for the next barbecue party! ♥
