The preparation is quick and easy. Thanks to the cream toffee candies, you don't need to make caramel yourself. Nothing can go wrong and the pudding is simply delicious!

Incidentally, you can also prepare the recipe in a larger amount than for four people and it is very easy to prepare. So you only need to decorate the caramel-cream pudding before consumption. Karamell Sahne Pudding

Ingredients for the caramel cream pudding:

(4 servings)

  • 15 caramel toffees (e.g. Muh-Muhs cream), approx. 195g
  • 400g milk
  • 100g cream
  • 1 egg
  • 40g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Homemade vanilla extract or bought
  • 25g cornstarch
For the decoration:

Prepare caramel and cream pudding:

  1. Stir the cornstarch with about 50ml milk until smooth.
  2. Chop the caramel toffees.
  3. Slowly heat the chopped caramel toffees together with the remaining ingredients with a whisk, stirring constantly, until the toffees have melted.
  4. Add the cornstarch mixed with milk, stir in well and bring everything to a boil.
  5. Take off the stove immediately. Fill into dessert or mason jars and allow to cool. Then store in the refrigerator.
  6. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and, if necessary, toffee caramel sauce and coarsely chopped caramel toffees.

Preparation with the Thermomix®:

  1. Put the caramel toffees in the mixing bowl together with the brown sugar., 20 sec./ speed 10.
    Insert butterfly.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, 10 min. / 90 ° C / speed 4.
  3. Fill into dessert or mason jars and allow to cool. Then store in the refrigerator.
  4. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and, if necessary, toffee caramel sauce and coarsely chopped caramel toffees.
  5. Note: If more than specified is prepared, the cooking time will be extended accordingly.
