Eggnog dessert with white chocolate

The egg liqueur dessert with white chocolate is easy to prepare and does not require raw eggs. (As is often the case with a mousse.) A great dessert is always the crowning glory after a meal. Today's recipe can also be prepared very well the day before. All you have to do is decorate the dessert before you can eat it. Incidentally, the recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for more than 4 people. In Mason jars filled, it can also be covered and stored well. Either with the corresponding glass lids or with the matching ones Plastic lids.

The egg liqueur mousse consists of white chocolate, cream and of course egg liqueur. Vanilla should never be missing from me. I always use mine for this homemade vanilla extract. Alternatively, something is also possible ground vanilla* or half a scraped out Vanilla pod. But real vanilla is an absolute MUST for me personally!

Eggnog love

Of course, you can also use the purchased version of the egg liqueur. However, I always make the egg liqueur myself. First of all, it tastes much better to me and, secondly, it's very easy to make. You can already find 4 different recipes for homemade eggnog on the blog. All of them are suitable as a basis for this delicious egg liqueur dessert with white chocolate:

My conclusion

This egg liqueur mousse not only tastes delicious, it is also uncomplicated and easy to prepare. Even if Easter this year is of course different than usual due to the Corona crisis, we can still make it nice - on a small scale at home. This dessert is guaranteed to be a hit, not just at Easter! I wish you a lot of fun copying ... ♥
